AGREEMENT
Please read all scheduling instructions and policies before booking an appointment. Upon scheduling your appointment and submitting the deposit, we reserve the right to assume the client has read, understands, and agrees to Charmed Focus’s terms and conditions. The client is responsible for carefully reviewing each policy before scheduling a session.

BOOKING POLICY
A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your desired session date and time. You will submit your deposit through one of the payment methods listed in the Pricing Menu given to you upon receiving your Consultation Form.
LATE POLICY
Please arrive to your appointment on time. Your scheduled session will start on time. For timed sessions the amount of time you are late will not be recoverable.
Ex. If your are 30 minutes late and you have a 1-hour session, we will only have 30 minutes left to shoot.
If schedule and timing permits additional time may be available at an additional cost.
RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATION POLICY
If you choose to reschedule your appointment, you must notify us within 48 hours of your scheduled session. Failure to comply will forfeit your deposit. You are allotted 30 days from your initial session date to transfer your deposit. You can only reschedule (1) time. Please select your new date and time with care.
If your scheduled session was booked during a special, reschedules are unavailable. Unless otherwise specified, a new appointment and deposit will be required.
PAYMENT POLICY
The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your session. Late arrivals and extension add-ons, upon discussion, will be paid at the end of your session. You will have the option to submit payment through the options listed on our Pricing Menu.
IMAGE POLICY
The client will receive their proof images within 72 hours of their scheduled session. After selecting the proofs for your final edits, please notify us. Please understand that clients are not permitted to post, download, add filters, or use any proof images. You can expect to receive your photos back within 14 business days for standard editing. If you select the rush option, you can expect to receive your images back within 4 business days.
If you would like to gain full access to all proof images, you must pay 50% of the total cost of your package. These photos will be unedited unless otherwise discussed.
